Some of the time, I feel like the customers are annoyed when we can't recall their usual drink. I'm actually proud of my capacity to remember as much as I do in this job.
I will not ever remember everything.
In fact, sometimes, I will entirely lose the memory of the drink I remembered as your usual when you came through yesterday. It just happens... I can't help it. I'm sorry.
